Association
The dormitory is run by the association of the same name „Studentenwohnheim Geschwister Scholl e.V.”.
The Association consists of the organs of the General Meeting, the Executive Board and the Board of Trustees. The chairman or one of his deputies, together with the managing director, represents the association externally; they form the executive board within the meaning of the law. The managing director, who is also responsible for the administration, handles the day-to-day business of the association; to this extent, he alone represents the association externally.

Administration
Home Manager of the Schollheim and Administrative Manager of the Scholl and Marchionini dormitory: Alexandra Filser
She is mainly responsible for the cooperation with both dorm self-administrations, namely in the selection of new dorm residents, the conclusion, extension and termination of the renting contracts and the enforcement of the dorm rules. She is also the contact person for all dorm residents.

She supports the managing director and the director of the home and takes care of the many things of everyday business.

The accountant’s duties include preparing budgets, asset investments, valuations and financial statements for both dormitories.
Maintenance

Janitor: Franz Flieger
The wide range of janitor tasks includes, especially, the constant struggle to ensure the functioning of all technical equipment, namely sanitary facilities, heating, ventilation and electricity supply, as well as order and traffic safety in the buildings and outdoor facilities.
Cleaning staff: Maja Djordjevic, Nadja Salem Raschid, Edime Ahmeti, Heike Poldrack-Hagn
Without the lovely cleaning fairies, one or the other hallway would quickly look quite different. As a team, they dedicate themselves to the daily battle against dust, dirt and clutter.
Mr. Flieger and Ms. Filser are full-time employees; apart from them, all other employees are part-time.
